We have meticulously designed an itinerary that is both relaxed and enjoyable.
Furthermore, we provide private transportation in each city, ensuring that clients do not need to walk long distances to reach tour sites. A common concern among clients is the movement to and from the train – whether it’s difficult to manage luggage or if the distances are long. The answer is no. We will assist you with your luggage from the moment you board your carriage until you disembark. At hotels, bellboys will also be available to help with your bags.

Will I need to arrange my own visa?
Regarding visas, the application process for a Russian visa differs somewhat from other visas. A Russian visa requires an invitation letter to qualify an applicant for approval. However, rest assured, we will manage all your visa arrangements, as the visa is already included in your package. We will only require a few pieces of information from you to process the visa. We will inform you and provide the visa once we receive approval.
Why are flights not included in this package?
That’s correct; our package does not include airfare. This decision is based on previous experience, where for trips with different arrival and departure points, many clients expressed a desire to continue their journey to other destinations rather than returning directly home.
For instance, our itinerary typically involves arriving in Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia, and departing from Moscow, Russia. However, a significant number of clients wish to extend their travels to Saint Petersburg or even Finland, which is easily accessible from Russia. Another common scenario involves clients flying to Mongolia with layovers in places like Korea or Phuket, as there are no direct flights from Malaysia to Mongolia. These clients often prefer to spend a few days in these countries before commencing their Trans-Siberian adventure in Mongolia.
Therefore, we made the initiative to exclude flights from the package. Nevertheless, please be assured that we can certainly assist you with purchasing your air tickets. Our team will select a specific flight date and time on which we will travel with our clients. Customers who wish to fly together will be informed of suitable flight schedules and their corresponding prices. As flight prices fluctuate, we will continuously monitor rates and notify our clients when ticket prices are optimal, assisting them with their purchase once payment is made.
Which airline will we be flying with?
There are no direct flights available from Malaysia to Mongolia. You may consider flying with MAS Airlines or AirAsia, with a transit either in Korea or Phuket. For your return journey, airlines such as Qatar Airways or Emirates offer flights from Moscow to Kuala Lumpur. Transit arrangements will depend on the airline selected.
What is the cost of the flights?
The minimum flight cost is approximately 2,800, and it can reach a maximum of 4,000. However, please be assured that we will continuously monitor airfare prices. Typically, ticket prices tend to decrease on weekdays, particularly on Tuesdays or Wednesdays. We will identify the most reasonable price and inform you accordingly. Should you agree, you may proceed to purchase the tickets directly or request our assistance in doing so. You will only need to provide us with the sufficient amount and a copy of your passport, and we will facilitate the completion of your flight ticket purchase.
Are there many halal food options available?
You need not be concerned about meal options. There will be abundant halal food available throughout this trip. While finding halal food in Mongolia itself can be somewhat challenging, we will arrange several meals in areas where such options are scarce. Beyond that, we will guide you to halal restaurants.
In Russia, the Muslim population is quite substantial, particularly in Kazan. In Kazan, you will have the opportunity to sample nearly all local dishes, as numerous halal restaurants are available. You simply need to look for the halal logo at the entrance of establishments. The situation is similar in other cities across Russia.
Which season is most enjoyable?
Honestly, every season offers its own unique advantages. However, based on feedback received, many prefer to travel during the winter and spring seasons. In winter, one can witness various ice sculptures in numerous locations. Furthermore, Lake Baikal, the world’s largest freshwater lake, freezes over, allowing for a variety of unique winter activities on its frozen surface. Aside from winter, spring is also an excellent time to travel due to the beautiful scenery and blooming flowers that create a truly stunning landscape.
How many people are accommodated in each cabin?
This depends on the package selected. We offer two distinct packages: First-Class and Second-Class. The primary difference between these packages is the train cabin configuration. The First-Class package features cabins with two berths, accommodating only two individuals per cabin. Conversely, the Second-Class package includes cabins with four berths—two on the lower level and two on the upper level—thus accommodating four people. Rest assured, the four-berth cabins are also comfortable and equipped with the same comprehensive facilities as other cabins.
Is a bidet available in the toilet?
The use of bidets is still quite minimal in both visited countries. While some toilets in both nations do have bidets, they can be challenging to locate. Similarly, certain types of trains do not provide bidets. However, rest assured, we will supply all our participants with a portable bidet for their comfort during the journey.
